Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including: – Clearance or final sale items – Customized or
special-order products – Used or damaged items not due to our error
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at mydogva@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do
not send items back without authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time after
we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Exchanges
If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the item so we can confirm availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue
